Vinification

Fermentation: in classic red, tumultuous, with replacements for 15 days.

Aging: in stainless steel tanks for 11 months, of which 50% (in barrels of II ° step) after 6 months, 5 months and subsequently assembled with the remaining 50% and put into the bottle.
